HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Calgary: SAME-DAY DELIVERY

Canada: 3-4 business days

USA: 3-4 working days

Europe: 3-6 working days

Other countries: 3-6 working days

Please note that delays may occur due to high demand at the shipping company or an increased number of orders at our warehouse. If your order experiences any additional or unexpected delays, we will contact you directly with updates.

 

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

If the product is in stock, the package will be sent to the customer within 1-3 business day.
For pre-orders: 1-2 business days from the moment the goods arrive at the warehouse.

 

TRACKING NUMBER

After sending the parcel, we will send a tracking number to your email address.              If you have not received an order confirmation or tracking number from us, please check Spam folder or contact customer support at info@kryphas.com
