What is our warranty?

All KRYPHAS products come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

We also offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product has a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll replace it free of charge.

Please note: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents.

What orders are eligible for return?

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

• Items purchased within the last 14 days

• Products in original, unused condition with tags attached

• Items in original packaging

• Defective or damaged items (any time within warranty period)

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

• Items purchased more than 14 days ago (unless defective)

• Used or worn products

• Items without original tags or packaging

• Final sale or clearance items

Return Process

Step 1: Submit the return inquiry form above

Step 2: Receive return authorization and shipping label via email within 24-48 hours

Step 3: Pack your item securely in original packaging

Step 4: Attach the return label and ship the package

Step 5: Receive your refund within 3-4 business days after we receive your return
