Can I exchange/return wrong shade product?

Unopened hair extensions with the original hygiene seal intact can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Opened items are final sale for hygiene reasons.

How to request a refund?

Submit your order number, email address, and reason on the "RETURN & WARRANTY" page. Once approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Collections such as TOOLS & ACCESSORIES and KRYPHAS STUDIO wear are final sale. Returns and exchanges are available only for T-shirts and hoodies from KRYPHAS STUDIO, as well as all items in the SALON WEAR collection.

How long do refunds take?

Returns are the responsibility of the sender until they reach KRYPHAS. Please use a reliable shipping method and provider. For international returns, ensure your customs form is marked "Returned item – No duties" to avoid the item being sent back.

Once the return is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent confirming receipt and the status of the refund request.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-4 business days. Please note that the time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank's processing times.
